All sales are considered final once the order is executed. However, there are circumstances when refunds are availble if the conditions are met.
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased.
eBook payments will not be refunded for any reason with the exception of a failed electronic delivery of the eBook. In that case, Lee R Hadley Books will make every possible attempt to electronically deliver the eBook. If an electronic delivery of the eBook becomes impossible, Lee R Hadley Books will electronically refund purchaser’s payments to purchaser’s method of electronic payment, typically a credit card.
Printed books are subject to Lee R Hadley Book refund policies.
- The book was not delivered by USPS
- Another book will be shipped at no charge and no refund will be provided.
- The book was damaged in the shipping process
- Another book will be shipped at no charge and no refund will be provided.
- Purchases does not like the book
- The purchaser has 30 days from the order date to return the book at purchasers expense.
- If the purchaser returns the book more than 30 days after the order date to return the book, no refund will be given.
- If the book is returned within the refund period in original condition, the purchaser will receive a refund equal to 80% of the original purchase price.
- If the book is returned within the refund period in damaged condition but in a condition that makes is saleable as a used book, purchaser will receive a refund equal to 50% of the original purchase price.
- If the book is returned within the refund period but is not resaleable, the purchases will not receive a refund.
